Here is where you will find the beginnings of disease such as arthritis, gastric ulcers, colon problems, pancreatitis, diabetes, chronic indigestion, anorexia, bulimia, liver dysfunction, hepatitis, gallstones, hemorrhoids, varicose veins and adrenal dysfunction.
What to do to improve your Sacral Chakra?
Spend time in the sun in early morning. Physical movement awakens and rejuvenates this area. tai chi, yoga and gardening is best. Slowing down and becoming acquainted with who you are and how you really feel is key to this chakra. An increase in energy and vitality and connection to self is helpful. When we are fit and healthy we can take action in our lives and our intentions are clearly focused. This is the place to claim your power and stand in it with no need to take power from someone else. To balance this chakra we must work on self esteem and respect and the ability to handle a crisis. We learn to care for ourselves and others. We mitigate the impact of criticism and rejection of ourselves and our physical appearance. We build a strong character.
