Underneath this great planet of ours is a vast selection of the most stunning examples of minerals that our eyes can feast on. According to the Mineralogical Society of America there are 3,800 identified minerals located in many different locations around the world. Interestingly, for years science believed that the core of our earth was a homogeneous region. Now science tells us that the “center of earth is literally a crystal” according to David Stephenson, a geologist at Cal Tech. So are we are all living on a crystal ball?
The largest cave of crystals ever found is a cave in Chihuahua, Mexico, 980 feet below the surface. The cave is full of selenite crystals which are the largest crystals ever found. The largest one is 39 feet long and 13 feet in diameter and weighs 55 tons. The cave is 136 degrees and very humid which makes it difficult to explore since a human can not endure more than ten minutes of exposure. Studies show that the crystals there are a million years old. The largest crystals found there would take approximately one million years to grow to their current size. Could it be that there are massive crystal formations below the surface?
Many people do not realize that New York City is sitting on a bedrock of minerals full of opal, beryl, chrysoberyl, garnet and three types of tourmaline. During the year of 1885 a garnet that weighed over ten pounds was discovered beneath 35th street near Broadway, close to the Macy’s store. It was found by a workman that was digging a sewer system and the find was named the subway garnet. It was was sold for $100 the same day.
Crystals are a cluster of minerals, with the most prized of all being gemstones. The more rare, they are called “precious” stones”. When they are more available they are called “semi-precious”. The most recent interest in crystals however has not been driven by rarity but instead by the energetic vibration that they carry. It is hard to resist glittering gems from Gaia’s belly. They are known to be timekeepers and wisdom holders that can help us to live a more powerful and meaningful life. They are also capable of healing us, each with a unique energetic vibration.
The ancient Lemurians knew that gemstones, and in particular quartz crystals were easily programmed to store, send and receive information. It is believed that Lemurian priests and priestesses encoded their wisdom into Lemurian “seed crystals” and when they were forced to leave their homes in the South Pacific they set out with their crystals to settle in many places in the Americas. Some went to the inner world, such as under Mt. Shasta, others to India, Egypt and Peru. The crystals they carried with them set an intention that once our civilization was ready to return to the Lemurian ideals of universal love and a higher consciousness, the seed crystals would then release the stored wisdom to lightworkers who were ready to receive and transmit it. This is what is occurring at this very moment as healers with Lemurian past life roots are connecting day by day to their common history and evolution. Perhaps you have had a past life in Atlantis or Egypt which is why you are so connected to certain stones? For example, being from Atlantis may attract you to Atlantisite or Larimar stones. Edgar Cayce predicted that a blue stone with extraordinary healing powers would be found on “an island in the Caribbean” where he believed part of Atlantis could be found. In 1974 a volcanic blue pectolite named Larimar was discovered in the Dominican Republic. Larimar is also called the Atlantis Stone. Many believe that the colors of Larimar also represent a connection to Atlantis, and use this stone as as an important tool in their healing work.
With the downfall of Atlantis many from Atlantis went to Egypt with their leader Toth who was a famous Atlantean priest. There, they began to build the civilization that became the Egyptian empire. It is believed that Egyptians learned about crystals and stones from those who came from Atlantis.
Gems and minerals have fascinated kings, queens, oracles, priests and priestesses. Too many to mention have adorned themselves with stones and been buried with them, often to connect themselves to spiritual wisdom and the afterlife. Many used Topaz for protection and chrysoberyl to make themselves invisible to enemies. It is as if there was an unspoken code or embedded wisdom that they felt was essential for their transformation in these stones. A sacred language important enough to want to die with. Two of the stones with great historical significance for ascension is Lapis Lazuli and Carnelian. In the ancient tombs of Sumeria located underneath what is now modern Baghdad, thousands of ornate lapis carvings were found alongside the graves and mummy remains. When this area was discovered between the years of 1922 and 1934 they found a tomb of a mysterious lady name Puabi whose name was on one of the seals. She was wearing a golden headdress adorned with golden leaves, flowers, rings and plates. She was holding a golden cup and her head was decorated with exquisite jewelry. It was believed that upon her death she was 40 years old and five feet tall. She was covered in strings of beads and her tomb contained a gold and lapis lazuli encrusted bearded bulls head and other lapis lazuli cylindrical beads for belts and necklaces, rings and bracelets. It is also noteworthy the large number of carnelian beads she had as well.
In those times it is believed that the role of a Queen was someone of great authority and that women held equal positions. There was also a golden shell found in the tomb that was full of a green pigment that was used as eyeshadow.
The Lapis Lazuli and Carnelian she was found wearing would have been brought from other areas such as Afghanistan.
Cleopatra was also a fan of lapis lazuli, maybe sensing it was the power of the queens? It is believed that she initiated a steady trade route of gems from remote regions of Afghanistan to her palace. Her walls were were inlaid in Lapis and she ground it in to powder she also used it for eye shadow. Edgar Cayce the famous psychic has credited Azurite, the raw form of Lapis Azulis, as a stone to reach the higher levels of conscious awareness. Edgar Cayce said ” …a person could hold azurite in his or her hands for five or ten minutes or wear it against their skin in the form a pendant and potentially raise their psychic vibrations to such extent that miraculous things could happen.” It is considered a stabilizer and can give you a greater ability to increase your field and deflect. Edgar Cayce also said that the real value lies in the fact that they are essentially the same material as the soul. Lapis Lazuli was used for the tablets of the ten commandments and King Tut’s mummy wrap contained it.

Lapis Lazuli is the blue stone recommended by Cayce more than any other mineral for its positive attributes and protective qualities and should be utilized daily.
Azurite is a natural crystalline azurite and far more rare. It is very brittle and rarely available as jewelry.
Lapis Linguis is another word to describe malachite
All three have the attributes of opening the third eye by stimulating the pineal and azurite is by far the strongest vibratory rate. Azurite is more expensive than Lapis Lazuli and Lipis Linguis (which is malachite) and considered more rare.

Fast forward to now, science has realized that energetic ley lines pass through a grid system around our planet and extend outward from the northern axis point and then reenter at the southern axis. One of these grids is the crystalline grid which links the crystals in the earth. Where this grid crosses are major portals, vortexes and dimensional doorways that connect us to the inner earth, other dimensional worlds, other planets, our solar system and beyond. These points are where many sacred places have been built.
This grid is called the Crystalline 144 grid which is an emerging grid system that began to awaken in 1987 thanks to the knowledge of Jose Arguelles, a Mayan elder who interpreted the Mayan calendar to have begun its 26 years countdown to the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012 and the beginning of a new one. This initiated a time when the planet began to carry more light than darkness and the grids began to adjust, which meant for a separating of the veil to higher dimensions. This means a higher vibratory rate that is now energizing sacred sites. The crystalline 144 grid means that a more evolved geometry is being born to create a higher frequency on earth.
We are noticing the impact of these new alignments in our weather patterns, climate changes, migration routes of birds, the beaching of dolphins and whales, volcanic activity, earthquakes and hurricanes which are occurring more often. This is a time of incredible transformation of our planet as its frequency is increasing and time is speeding up. Our planet is being prepared to be catapulted into the 4th and 5th dimension. When we personally raise our vibration, we accelerate this activation and our own.
From January 1, 2001 to December 12, 2o12 each year activated one of the 12 major facets of the crystalline grid and was fully activated in December 2012. These sacred sites have become power centers which is why so many people are being drawn to these places to experience the energies of ascension. They are particularly powerful during the equinoxes, solstices and numerical frequency dates such as 11-11-11, etc. Our intention through our time on earth should be to activate ourselves into this light and transfer into the new grid. This grid is the key to shifts in consciousness. Although many speak of saving the planet what is really needed to be saved is the humans ability to live on the earth. The planet will survive even if man destroys the resources to sustain itself. The trigger of a higher consciousness is based upon the rate of human evolvement.
What can be very helpful is that the physical and etheric body of a human can more easily adjust to the crystalline frequencies through the use of higher frequency gemstones, phi spiral multi faceted vogel crystals and other specific gemstones. As the grids grow, a sphere will be completed by the year 2024 that will mean we have achieved our multidimensional access. After what is called “global warming” “the planet will shed her old skin and adorn a new one.” This will bring in what was termed by the ancients the 1000 years of peace, or the perfection of a balanced resonance. We will finally be at an optimum balance.
