When I am coaching clients, the first thing I ask for is an inventory of their thoughts. What are you thinking???? I see thoughts as items that are stored in a huge and complex warehouse in your head. If you are not an effective warehouse manager and negative thoughts leave your warehouse, you have just shipped a “spark” of negative energy onto the universal grid of possibilities. Sure you can try to get it returned, but that is cumbersome, just like trying to return something you bought online.

The problem is that the accumulation of negative thoughts swirling around the universe creates a negative possibility and that means that the “not so nice” is headed your way. Our life is the perfect reflection of our thoughts so if it is not going well, it is time for taking inventory, organizing the negative thoughts into a box and shipping them out, for good.  You can learn more about this in my book.

When I found myself in outer dimensional spaces I had a first hand experience of seeing that my thoughts were instantly creating my reality. What was extremely troubling was that the thoughts that created the biggest bang on the grid were fear based. So, the next thing I ask clients is what are your top 5 fears? Knowing them brings awareness to them and usually there you can find a heap of negative emotions ready to shrink wrap and send out. The inability to manage your warehouse of thoughts is usually termed mental illness which is the result of being unable to keep a good record of what is coming in and out of your head.

So what to do? Many say that they cannot stop or control the thoughts. The solution is a mental work out schedule, just like I get on a treadmill to work on the physical, I sit in meditation for 30-40 minutes every day and get my daily mental work out. When negative thoughts appear, I bust them up, I wrestle them, I corral them day after day until finally they realize there is no more room in my head and they leave, one by one. Many people give up on mediation but that would be like the cowboy in the rodeo not showing up because the bronco is bucking. You gotta get on the horse and work on training and taming it everyday for it to be effective.  Know more about this if you sign up in my course.

Since my life is the total reflection of what I am thinking, thoughts are truly the most important aspect of myself. I place a lot of my attention on the quality of my thoughts. I know I can create an amazing life with a well-run and organized mental warehouse.
