Third Eye Center:
The third eye is located at the center of the forehead, it is the door to the truth. This is our connection to all things. Here is the headquarters to reality and the management of all illusions. This is where the dismantling of the rational mind takes place as it seeks reasonable answers. It is our intuition and intellectual reasoning. This is where we can evaluate our beliefs and attitudes learned in the tribe or root chakra. The third eye continually searches for the difference between truth and illusion and trusts what cannot be seen. I talk more about this in my book.
What organs are related the the third eye? The brain, nervous system, eyes, ears, nose, pineal gland and pituitary gland. Here you can find illness such as brain tumors, hemorrhage, stroke, neurological disturbances, blindness, deafness, spinal difficulties, learning disabilities and seizures, headaches, sinus conditions.
How to care for you third eye? Ask yourself if you are on the right path and listen for the internal messages. Visualize positive and peaceful outcomes which may require putting self interest aside and instead embracing the greater good. Expressing your truth is the key to healthy living. Listening to our inner self and acknowledging what we feel allows one to live in a purposeful way. Here it is important for self evaluation of the truth. It requires the importance of being open to the ideas of others and the ability to learn from experiences. It provides an emotional intelligence. Learn more about this in my course.
